More Bear Snacks...
How cute is this?! |
I had the children gather their Teddy Bears around a "table" so that we could have our lunch. As I was gathering them, I realized I had not thought of anything to feed their bears. I asked the kids to try and remember what bears eat. I happened to have all of their suggestions on hand around the classroom. They blurted out suggestions. I then asked where we could find that item in our classroom and they helped find it! (Fish (memory game), bugs, acorns, blueberries (pompoms), honey (from the cupboard), and leaves! This was such a wonderful spur of the moment activity! Plus the bear's looked ridiculously cute sitting there
I forgot to get a better picture of these before we ate them! Banana Muffins. Yummy! |
"The bears all demand at least one waltz a day..."
He goes wa wa wa waltzing, waltzing with bears
Raggy bears, shaggy bears, baggy bears too
There's nothing on earth Uncle Walter won't do
So he can go waltzing, wa wa wa waltzing
He can go waltzing, waltzing with bears
