Today was the first day of our Teddy Bear Reunion. In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we spent a lot of time talking about how to include everyone, peace and being kind. We talked about how all our bears are different. We had conversations about how we would feel if people didn't include us or our bears just because we were: big, small, boy, girl, green, orange etc.
Everyone happened to have a bear today, but other animals would certainly have been welcome to our reunion. Can't wait to see what the rest of our reunion week brings!
